(no subject)

So I was going to make a post about greetings from Utah and how awesome I am with the skiing and stuff, but then I got sidetracked by the horror show that is LJ's new commenting system. No more threads (being able to open a thread in a new tab is awesome if LJ is lagging and the expand option doesn't work), no more subject lines, and no more drop down menu for icons, it's all images jumbled together in a non-alphabetic order.

No. I don't need to look at 100+ icons at a time to figure out which one I want. I know them by name.

And apparently the reason for these changes is because the designer doesn't like them, to hell with what paying customers want. 47 pages of unhappy people and they are the irrelevant LJ 1%. 'Kay.

It's a really awful scene to wake up to.
