So the writing competition was all "results will be posted August 12th" and I was like, that's either gonna be the best or worst birthday ever, because I also age out of my health insurance and lol I'm a student, what do you mean get it through my job.

I get home from work and my phone rings from a weird area code, and I am all "ugh they're shilling something" and I pick up and the lady on the line is all "Is this damselfish, this is [name redacted]" and I am like, ugh how do I tell her I'm not buying. I am too tired to be dealing with people selling things/trying to get me to volunteer/whatever else people think is a valid excuse to intrude on my time and eat my cell-phone minutes.
