There's a lot I could say, since my life has been somewhat hectic lately, except I still don't have much to say for lack of energy. I finished my summer job, and the law review writing competition started yesterday, and I haven't done nearly enough for it as I should have for various reasons. Most of them stupid. But I finished reading about 700 pages of stuff, so hopefully I will go in prepared? Before work, I didn't feel ready for this competition, but at work all the attorneys really liked my memos-- succinct, to the point, and with strong analysis. Take that, legal writing professor, my writing is some of the best in the office! You were wrong!

It is crazy and intense and somehow I keep losing hours here and there for other reasons.

But I basically get to wag my finger at Scalia for the next week, which is always a bonus. Good thing too, all my best papers have been "this person is wrong and let me tell you why in excruciating detail."

Hopefully I make law review with it! If not, well at least I tried. And I got to talk about why Scalia is wrong. There are worse fates.
